Welcome to the Town of Rhinebeck, a community of 8,000 established in 1688, has a rich historic and cultural past. Perched along the bluffs of the majestic Hudson River, this river town has a legacy of historic and scenic resources. There are more than 400 homes listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Rhinebeck residents are proud of its designation as a National Landmark District as well, one of the largest and most prestigious in the country.

The Town of Rhinebeck Town Board is pleased to announce on December 29, 2009 by unanimous vote of the Board the New Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Code, Subdivision Regulations and Wetlands Law were adopted. Hard copies are available at the Town Hall for a fee.
