More information about local historical organizations and a catalog of their holdings is available at http://www.rhinebeckhistory.org/. Participating organizations include the Rhinebeck Historical Society, the Museum of Rhinebeck History, DAR and the Rhinebeck Town Historian.

Two files below may be of particular interest: Researching your family history in Rhinebeck, and researching buildings in Rhinebeck. Both are available for download as PDFs.
