Town Justice Court

The Town Justice Court is created under, and governed by, the Uniform
Justice Court Act. It has limited jurisdiction over civil matters
including all traffic offenses, and misdemeanors occurring within the
town. The Court also handles landlord and tenant matters, has a small
claims part for the simplified handing of small claims matters, and is
presided over by one of two elected justices.
