Town Zoning Enforcement Officer

The Zoning Enforcement Officer (ZEO) reviews and approves or rejects building permit applications for zoning law compliance. Denials may be appealed to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The ZEO reviews business applications and investigates zoning violation complaints.
