6:45 Call to Order

 

Announcements

Affordable Housing/Open Space, Finance/Controls, Recreation, Quadricentennial, Web, Rhinecliff Advisory Committee and Ethics Board need new members. Contact Town Clerk at 876-3409 if interested.

 

Violet Hill Road (CR 101) will be closed from June 1st through August 21st from 130 feet east of Route 308 intersection and continuing 130 feet east.

 

ZUMBA exercise classes at Town Hall each Saturday from 10-12 noon through July 25th.

 

June10th the Quadricentennial flotilla passes by Rhinecliff in late afternoon heading for Kingston Rondout.

 

June 11th at 7 pm NYS Police and DC Sheriff's are presenting an "Internet Safety Forum" at High School auditorium.

 

Special thanks to Alan Coon and John McGuire for helping to restore the cemetery stone wall and the Cemetery staff for their great clean up job for Memorial Day Parade ceremony.

 

Business before the Board

  1. Graham Trelstad will explain new Comp Plan timeline
  2. Ron Evangelista will present Vanderburgh Cove collection system design and approval of possible expenditure of $79,000.
  3. Engineer Evangelista will discuss options for the temporary treatment of north field at Vanderburgh Cove.
  4. Ron will discuss options and cost for Hogg's Bridge project.
  5. Continue Public Hearing on Building Moratorium and approve Local 3 of 2009 Extending Building moratorium through 9/30/2009
  6. Resolution to adopt Thompson Mazzarella Park Master Plan
  7. Approve May 8th and May 26 Town Board minutes.
  8. Authorize supervisor to sign contract for grant writer to obtain grants for TMP.
  9. Approve Welch surveying to survey cemetery for placement of row markers at Grasmere section phase 3 at a cost of $2,450.
