Announcements

April 18th Annual Roadside Litter Clean Up. Drop bags off at Transfer Station between the hours of 7 am - 12 noon.

April 25th Summer Recreation sign ups at Town Hall 9-12 noon

Aging Committee, Finance and Control Committee, Recreation Committee, Quad Centennial Committee and Ethics Board are all looking for new members. Applications available in Town Clerk's office.

Business

7:00 Open Public Hearing for Thompson Mazzarella Park Master Plan

1. Speed trailer - would Town be willing to split the cost with the Village if Both municipalities use it. Pete Dunn will have estimates

2. Approve 1 year service contract with KOSCO for oil burner in maintenance shop at old landfill for $228.

3. Authorize Supervisor to sign agreement with Dutchess County SPCA effective 4/15-4/14/10 at a cost of $15,000.

4. Open bids for 1995 Ford Ranger truck and award to highest bidder.

5. Approve March 23rd and March 30th Town Board meeting minutes.

6. Authorization for GIS Computer monitor to be disposed.

7. Approve mileage allowance from 58 ½ to 55 cents per IRS Guidelines.

8. Authorize Supervisor to sign 2009 Young Rhinebeck Contract.

DISCUSSION

1. Traffic problem on Mt. Rutsen during Fair week if this road is closed for Hog's Bridge

2.. Dog kennels at town highway; can Village still use them?
