Applicants are encouraged to present their applications to the Conservation Advisory Council (CAC) prior to their public hearing before the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Appeals. The CAC may submit comments on your application to these Boards.
CAC meetings are held the final Thursday of every month. When the Planning Board holds a second meeting, CAC meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month.
