RHINEBECK SKATE PARK COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES
SKATEBOARD FILM FESTIVAL FUNDRAISER
Rhinebeck is raising funds to build a skate park. The Rhinebeck Skate Park Committee announces its first fundraiser, the Rhinebeck Skateboard Film Festival. It will be held on Saturday, May 22 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the state-of-the-art Rhinebeck High School Auditorium! Doors open at 6:30 p.m. A variety of local and professional skateboarding films will be shown. And special guest, Steve Olson, a Pro-Boarder and 1979 National Skateboard Champion will also be on hand to talk.
The committee is raising funds to build a 10,000 square foot custom concrete skate park in Rhinebeck's Thompson-Mazzarella Park. For more information or directions, contact Colin Riley, 845-242-3176.
