NEWLY ADOPTED UNDERGROUND INSTALLATION LAW
The Town Board is pleased to announce that by unanimous vote of the Board a law was adopted to regulate underground installations across Town property, including roadways. The law requires a permit from the Highway Superintendent to excavate for an installation involving Town roadways or other Town land.
