1. Approve Abstract 4
2. Open and award bids for removal and taking down 4 Maple trees at Mill Road cemetery. 
3. Re hire Alan Slater as temporary full time at cemetery at $11 per hour, not to exceed 6 months.
4. Photographing additional 1939 blueprints of Town Hall at a cost of $400
5. Authorize Supervisor to sign New York State OGS salt contract for 9/1/2010-8/31/2011.
6. Approve Town Hall usage application from Sinterklaas Artisan Fair on July 18^th
7. Approve Northern Dutchess Alliance application to Hudson River Valley Greenway for funding in support of a series of regional forums
8. Authorize Supervisor to sign agreement with Weston & Sampson for TMP engineering services for $89,100.
9. Approve February 24^th, March 1^st, March 8^th, March 15^th and March 22^nd Town Board minutes.
