1.     Approve resolution authorize License Agreement with Hudson River Water Taxi, LLC.

2.     Approve LPG rental for Vandenburgh Cove Sewer District - 2 tanks 1,000 gallons each; rental cost from Kosco annual rental cost of $580. plus fuel.

3.     Approve sampling and testing for one outfall at the Vandenburgh Cove Sewer District as part of the NYSDEC SPDES Permit renewal process; approximate cost $1,000.
