Contact Town Clerk's Office at 876-3409 if interested in serving on the Affordable Housing Committee, Aging Committee, Finance and Control Committee, Open Space Committee, Recreation Committee, Quad Centennial Committee or Ethics Board.

 

Assessor's open book May 11th from 2-4 and 7-9, May 12th from 12-4, May14th from 8-12, May 16 from 8-12 downstairs in Town Hall.

 

Grievance Day will be May 26th from 9-12, 1-4 and 6-8 also in Town Hall.

  1. Resolution to authorize Supervisor to pay utility bills prior to Town Board audit.
  2. ??Purchase new computers for bookkeeping and Zoning Departments ??
  3. Continue Thompson Mazzarella Park public hearing to May 11th at 7:00
  4. Authorize Supervisor to sign M&T Tri-party collateral agreement with New York Bank.
  5. Authorize Supervisor to sign Bell Copier Service Contract for Court at $760 per year.
  6. Authorize Craig Thomas Pest Control, Inc to spray Town Hall monthly for ants. April thru October for $$875.
  7. Approve April 13th Town Board minutes.
