April 10th is Annual Fishing Contact Stocking Day to start at High School
April 11th is Stocking Day kick off breakfast at American Legion at 6 am
April 17th - the 20th Annual Roadside Litter Clean-Up held 7 a.m. - 12 noon. All bagged litter/debris must be brought to Town Transfer Station by noon

- Vanderburgh Cove loan - general vs. part town, cap project
- Approve Court annual license/maintenance agreement for $800.00.
- Approve Dr. Tumolo's request to place dog waste dispensers behind Starr Library and at the Rhinecliff dock at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital's expense.
- Approve February 11th, February 24th, March 1st, March 8th and March 15th Town Board meeting minutes.
- Appoint Richard Cunningham to Board of Assessment Review, term to expire 9/30/2014.
- Authorize Supervisor to sign Young Rhinebeck contract for 2010 for $4,500 per budget agreement
- Authorize Supervisor to sign Ziv Tech agreement

- Docking policy from Counsel
- Vote on possible AFLAC payroll deductions for Town employees.
- Authorize cemetery to go out to bid for tree work in old section of Rhinebeck Cemetery.

- Appoint Tom Mannix as Clerk of the Works for Vanderburgh Cove Treatment and Collection System Phase I projects at request of the Vanderburgh Cove Committee
- Appoint Melissa Cohen as Chair and Andy Sheppard Vice Chair to the Rhinecliff Advisory Committee.
- Appoint Chris Lipscomb as Chair and Jonathan Mensch as Vice Chair of the Open Space and Affordable Housing Committee.
