Town Board Meeing Minutes 05-17-10

May 17, 2010 Town of Rhinebeck Special Meeting Minutes

At 6:30 Supervisor Traudt opened this meeting with Gina Fox and Dan Staley in attendance.  Special Counsels Michael Zarin and Brad Schwartz were also present.  The Supervisor explained the purpose of this special meeting is in relationship with pending litigation matters before the Town.  Councilmember Bruce Washburn and Joe Gelb were absent.

At 6:31 on motion from Dan and second from Gina the Board went in Executive Session with Counsel Zarin and Counsel Schwartz to discuss pending litigation against the Town's Comprehensive Plan.  Motion carried 3-0.  

Gina then motioned with Dan seconded to hire John Lyons for Zoning Board counsel in the matter concerning Rhinebeck Mews at a rate of $125 per hour.    Motion carried 3-0.

At 7:36 the Executive Session and this Special Meeting was unanimously adjourned.
