Town Board Meeing Minutes 06-08-10

June 8, 2010 Town of Rhinebeck Special Town Board Meeting

At 2:10 Supervisor Traudt called this special meeting to order with Councilmember's Gina Fox, Dan Staley, Bruce Washburn and Joe Gelb in attendance. Comp Plan Counsel Michael Zarin and Comp Plan consultant Ted Fink also attended.

On motion from Dan and second by Gina the Board went into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. All were in favor.

At 3:50 on motion from Gina and second by Bruce the Board came out of Executive Session. Motion carried unanimously.

Joe motioned with Bruce seconding to approve AKRF Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Litigation Support Contract at $150 per hour for Graham Trelstad and $100 for assistants. All were in favor.

ADJOURNMENT

At 3:55 on motion from Bruce and second from Joe this meeting was unanimously adjourned.
