TOWN OF RHINEBECK SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES FOR

SEPTEMBER 27, 2011

 

At 5:30 Supervisor Traudt opened this meeting with Councilmen Bruce Washburn, Dan Staley and Joe Gelb present.   Tom explained we are having this special meeting to discuss the Mannino invoice on the Capital Project at last nights meeting which was not approved.

 

BUSINESS ITEM

 

  1. On motion from Bruce and second by Dan the Mannino Cap Project 81 for garage solar for $67,216.00 was unanimously approved.

ADJOURNMENT

 

At 5:34 this meeting was unanimously adjourned on motion from Bruce and second by Dan.  The Board then continued with a 2012 Budget Workshop.
