October 7, 2008 Town of Rhinebeck Special Meeting Minutes

PRESENT: Supervisor Tom Traudt

Councilman Dod Crane

Councilwoman Ellen Silverstein

Councilman Dan Staley

Councilman Bruce Washburn

At 6:50 pm the Supervisor opened this meeting at the Rhinebeck High School Auditorium for the purpose of the Town Clerk presenting the 2009 Tentative Budget to the Board. On motion from Dan and second by Ellen the budget was unanimously accepted. Tom announced that the General Fund has a 4.98 % increase and the Part Town fund has a 4.62% increase.

At 7:00 pm this meeting was adjourned and the public hearing for the Comp Plan continued until 10:00 pm. Minutes from public hearing portion will come from Court Report Service.
