Present: Members of CAC/LWRP: Meg Crawford, Lisa Camp, Ryan Dowden, Tess Mckellen, Carol Smith and Sharon Sherrod

Guests: Raphael Notin, Warren Reise- Scenic Hudson

Absent/Excused: Bill Dowden, Gloria Fox and Dan Staley-Town Board liaison

New Business: Warren Reise from Scenic Hudson spoke to the CAC to assist in our review of the proposed wetland law.   Our comments will be submitted to the Town board in a separate report.

The CAC will need to do a LWRP consistency review on the Comp plan, zoning law and wetlands law that are being proposed.

Planning Board Project Review:

 The CAC has reviewed most of these agenda items already. We do need to do a LWRP consistency review on the Koff property.

 No comment on the Espie lot line change

Zoning Board Project Review: No reviews at this meeting

Committee Reports: The tree committee has a brochure ready
