Present: Members of CAC/LWRP/WAC: Meg Crawford, Lisa Camp, Bill Dowden, Tess Mckellen, Raphael Notin, Sheila Maloney, Gloria Fox, and Carol Smith

Absent/Excused: Ryan Dowden

Guests: Ted Fink and Sally Mazzarella, Comprehensive Plan Committee

Visitor: Dylan Vanek, prospective student representative

Ted Fink and Sally Mazzarella from the Comprehensive Plan Committee spoke to the CAC to assist in our reviews of the Comp plan, Zoning law, and Wetlands law. Our comments will be submitted to the Town Board in a separate report.

There will be three further working meetings to go over LWRP consistency reviews on Comp plan, Zoning law, Wetlands law, and alternative zoning, scheduled as follows:

Tuesday Nov. 11 6:00 Wetlands law review

Thursday Nov 20 6:00 Zoning review

Tuesday Nov 25 6:00 Alternatives and DGEIS

There were no Planning/Zoning Board reviews.
