Notice of Public Hearing

 

 

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a combined Public Hearing on Monday, August 20, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the below Applications by Thomas and Donna Ross Daniels (Warren Temple Smith, Agent) in the matter of the proposed enclosure of an attached carport as an enclosed garage integral to an existing single-family dwelling on TMP 16-6069-06-424967 at 22 Corning Street in the Rhinecliff Hamlet (Rc-H), Rhinecliff Overlay (Rc-O) and Hudson River national Historic Landmarks Districts and the Town's Local Waterfront Revitalization Area:

 

  • Special Use Permit pursuant to Town Code Chapter 125, Zoning, Article VI, Section 125-69, "Rhinecliff Overlay (Rc-O) District".

 

  • Site Plan Approval pursuant to Town Code Chapter 125, Zoning, Article VII, "Site Plan Review and Approval".

 

The Proposed Action has been classified as a Type I Action under SEQRA due to its location within the designated historic district and the Planning Board has declared itself Lead Agency under SEQRA.

 

All those having an interest in the Applications will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 12:00 noon on August 20, 2012.  The Applications and supporting information including a Full EAF Part 1, Coastal Assessment Form and architectural drawings may be examined prior to the Public Hearing at the Town Hall during normal business hours.

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, August 20, 2012, at 6:50 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the Application by Stephen Davis (Paul Sullivan, Esq., Representative) for Subdivision Plat Approval in the matter of the proposed 0.459-acre lot line alteration between 8.755-acre and 8.127-acre parcels, TMPs 135089-6069-00-330480 and -370485, respectively, on Morton Road in the Rural Countryside (RC5) and Hudson River National Historic Landmarks Districts and the Town's Local Waterfront Revitalization Area and adjacent to Dutchess County Certified Agricultural District 20.

 

The Proposed Action has been classified by the Planning Board in its role as Lead Agency as a Type I Action under SEQRA due to its location within the designated historic district.
