Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a combined Public Hearing on Monday, October 17, 2011, at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, at 6:45 p.m. on the below Applications by Darin Page in the matter of the partial removal and reconstruction of a single-family dwelling at 20 Hutton Street (TMP 6069-06-461962) in the RL-5 (Residential Low Density) and Rc-O (Rhinecliff Overlay) Zoning Districts, the Hudson River National Historic Landmarks District and the Town's LWRA: 

o        Application for Site Plan Review and Approval under Town Code Chapter 125, Zoning Law, Article III, Section 125-20, District Schedule of Use Regulations, Article Vi, Section 125-69, Rhinecliff Overlay (Rc-O) District, Subsection E, and Article VII, Site Plan Review and Approval.

o        Application for Special Use Permit under Town Code Chapter 125, Zoning Law, and Article VI, Special Use Permits, including Section 125-69(E).  

The Proposed Action is a Type I Action under SEQRA with the Planning Board serving as Lead Agency for coordinated environmental quality review.

All those having an interest in the above Applications will be given an opportunity to be heard at the combined Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 12:00 noon on October 17, 2011.  The Applications may be examined prior to the Public Hearing at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
