Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a combined Public Hearing on Monday, July 19, 2010, at 6:55 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the Applications by James Deutsch (Brian Squire, Agent) for Wetlands Permit under Town Code Chapter 120, Freshwater Wetlands, and Special Use Permit under Chapter 125, Zoning, to authorize the intended installation of a recreational dock for private use on a pond within a single-family residential premises at 276 River Road within the RA10 District and the Town Local Waterfront Revitalization Area and adjacent to the Hudson River National Historic Landmark District.

The Proposed Action has been classified as a Type I Action under SEQRA for which the Planning Board, as the only involved agency, is the Lead Agency.

All those having an interest in the above Applications will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on July 19, 2010. The Applications may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
