Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, March 5, 2012, at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, at 6:40 p.m. on the Applications by Ross and Fonda Hassett under the Town Zoning Law Section 125-40 for Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval for authorization of woodshed, pole barn and fence within 100 feet of a stream at 291 Slate Quarry Road in the RC5 District, being an Unlisted Action under SEQRA.

All those having an interest in the above Application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on March 5, 2012.  The Application may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
