Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a combined Public Hearing on Monday, June 4, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the below Applications by Gary and Edna Lachmund in the matter of the replacement of a private bridge crossing the Fallsburg Creek on TMP 135089-6169-00-920205 at 20 Haggerty Hill Road in the Rural Countryside (RC5) District:

• Special Use Permit pursuant to Town Code Chapter 125, Zoning, Article V, Section 125-40, "Development Near Streams, Rivers, Wetlands and Other Water Bodies".

• Site Plan Approval pursuant to Town Code Chapter 125, Zoning, Article VII.

The Proposed Action has been classified as a Type I Action under SEQRA due to its location on a designated historic property and is subject to permitting by NYSDEC.

All those having an interest in the Applications will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 12:00 noon on June 4, 2012.  The Applications and supporting information including engineering drawings prepared by Mark R. Graminski, P.E., may be examined prior to the Public Hearing at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
