Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a combined Public Hearing on Monday, May 2, 2011, at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, at 6:50 p.m. on the below Applications by MHMG-KM Rhinebeck, LLC, in the matter of the proposed conversion of the 34,810 sf former Grand Union supermarket building on TMP 6170-00-799982 at 6734 Route 9 North within the Community Business - South (CB-S) District to a medical office building and related site removals and improvements, being an Unlisted Action under SEQRA subject to coordinated environmental quality review with the Planning Board serving as Lead Agency:

• Applications for Special Use Permits (Major Excavation and Development within 100 Feet of Stream or Wetland) and Site Plan Review and Approval (Amendment of Approved Site Plan for "Stop and Shop Shopping Center") under Town Code Chapter 125, Town Zoning Law.

• Application for Wetland Permit under the Town Code Chapter 120, Town Wetlands Law.

All those having an interest in the above Applications will be given an opportunity to be heard at the combined Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on May 2, 2011.  The Applications may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
