The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct Public Hearings on Monday, July 19, 2010, at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the below applications:

• At 6:35 p.m. on Applications by Ramapo for Children for Amendment of Site Plan and Special Use Permit under Town Zoning Law and Wetlands Permit under Town Freshwater Wetlands Law to authorize installation of a wooden post & rail fence, 4 feet in height and 200 feet in length, for safety reasons within 100 feet of Sepasco Lake on TMP 6371-00-384151 on Salisbury Turnpike (CR 52) in the RC5 and WRP-O Districts, being an Unlisted Action under SEQRA.

• The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, July 19, 2010, at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, att 6:40 p.m. on the Re-Application, including new request for reduction in number of required parking spaces from 12 to 10, by Stone Chapel Holdings, LLC, for Site Plan Approval for the Stone Chapel Renovation and Professional Office Development on a 1.01-acre parcel (TMP 6168-00-488707) with adjacent common driveway access situate on the east side of NYS Route 9 South in the LWRA and the RC5 and Hudson River National Historic Landmark Districts, being a Type I Action under SEQRA for which the Planning Board has issued a Negative Declaration following coordinated environmental quality review.

• At 6:45 p.m. on the Application by Uwe Heitman for a Certificate of Demolition or Removal pursuant to the Town's Historic Buildings Protection Law and Section 125-62 of the Town's Zoning Law to authorize the proposed demolition of an unoccupied single-family dwelling at 49 Kelly Street in the LWRA and the Rhinecliff Hamlet and Hudson River National Historic Landmark Districts, the building being a "contributing structure" in the NHLD and the Proposed Action being a Type I Action under SEQRA for which the Planning Board is Lead Agency.

All those having an interest in the above matters will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearings and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on July 19, 2010. The Applications may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
