Public Hearing for J. Fluegel for Subdivision on Cedar Heights Road

Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, August 15, 2011, at 6:35 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the Application of James Fluegel for Subdivision Plat Approval (Lot Line Alteration) involving existing non-complying parcels, TMP 6271-00-982070 and -964055, at 328 and 336 Cedar Heights Road in the RC5 District, the intent being the exchange of equal annexation parcels to maintain each reconfigured parcel as an existing house lot of 3.0 acres, being an Unlisted Action under SEQRA.

All those having an interest in the above Application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on August 15, 2011.  The Application, including the Surveyor's Map, EAF and Agricultural Data Form, may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
