Notice of Public Hearing

 

 

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 6, 2012, at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, at 6:35 p.m. on the Application of John Lobotsky under the Town Code Chapter 125, Zoning, for a 5-Year Renewal of Special Use Permit for Extraction Operations and Mining (Soil Mining in accordance with NYSDEC Mined Land Reclamation Permit No. 3-1350-00047/00003) within a 12.3-acre life of mine area, 6.8 acres of which has been reclaimed to date, within 54.3-acre TMP 6270-00-933060 on White Schoolhouse Road in the Rural Countryside (RC-5), Mining Overlay (Mi-O) and Certified Agricultural Districts, being a Type II Action under SEQRA for which NYSDEC has served as Lead Agency, and the related Request by Mr. Lobotsky for Waiver under Section 120-8(A) of Town Code Chapter 120, Wetlands Law.

 

All those having an interest in the above matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on February 6, 2012.  The Application, Request for Waiver and supporting documents may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
