Public Hearing for Site Plan Amendment to the Rhinebeck Performing Arts Center

Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 5, 2010, at 7:20 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the Application by Rhinebeck Performing Arts Center, Inc., under Article VII of the Town Zoning Law for Amendment of Approved Site Plan to authorize the installation of outdoor lighting consisting of three pole-mounted luminaires within the existing parking area to the east of the RPAC building on the north side of NYS Route 9G in the Rural Countryside (RC5) District. The Proposed Action has been classified as an Unlisted Action under SEQRA.

All those having an interest in the above matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on April 5, 2010. The Application may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
