Town of Rhinebeck
Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a combined Public Hearing on Monday, April 5, 2010, at 7:10 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the Applications by The Estate of Randi T. Boehm for Special Use Permit for Conventional Subdivision Development under Article VI, Section D(28) of the Town Zoning Law and Plat Approval under Article IV, Section 101-4.4 of the Town Land Subdivision Regulations for a Minor 4-Lot Subdivision of a 53.9-acre parcel (TMP 6268-00-226878). The proposed subdivision is on the north side of Old Primrose Hill Road in the Rural Countryside (RC5) District and consists of an existing house lot and three residential building lots. The Proposed Action has been classified as a Type I Action under SEQRA due to the subdivision parcel's adjacency to a property listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the subject of a Notice of Intent to Serve as SEQR Lead Agency issued by the Planning Board.
All those having an interest in the above matters will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on April 5, 2010. The Applications may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
By order of the Planning Board
