Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board shall conduct a combined Public Hearing on Monday, April 5, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rhinebeck Town Hall, 80 East Market Street, on the Applications by Harry Harding Jr., Marie T. Welch, L.S., Agent, for Special Use Permit for Conventional Subdivision Development under Article VI, Section D(28) of the Town Zoning Law and Plat Approval under Article IV, Section 101-4.4 of the Town Land Subdivision Regulations for a Minor 2-Lot Subdivision of an undeveloped 76.8-acre parcel (TMP 6168-00-983534) on Three Oaks Road in the Rural Countryside (RC5) District. The Proposed Action has been classified as an Unlisted Action under SEQRA.

All those having an interest in the above matters will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joan Winne, Planning Board Clerk, not later than 3:00 p.m. on April 5, 2010. The Applications may in the interim be examined at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
