Quad Run Information

The Quad race is on if it rains." And it surely looks like rain". Only for High Winds would it be cancelled. Dress appropriately for rain. Your gear will be transported back to CJs for you when the race begins. so you can wear your gear up until the start if you wish to do so. Please get on the buses early. The race begins at 8:15am SHARP!!!!!!! You will run over the bridge down to River Rd. You will go right then take your first left onto Upper Hook Rd. This will go directly onto Hook Rd. You will run/walk to almost Old Post Rd. That is the 4 mile course. You will be near CJs Restaurant where your car is parked. See you early Sunday Morning!!! Alice
