Meeting Notes

Comp Plan
*For the time being, the public can access the latest comp plan (dated November 2009) through links off the Rhinebeck Town & Village web site. The plan is hosted on the AKRF site.
*When we get the final version, we will need to get it from AKRF and host it.
 

Site Update Problems
*Due to problems with her version of Internet Explore, Joan is unable to make any changes to the site.
*Joan has contacted Kevin to get Firefox installed on her computer, and will report back on whether or not this resolved the issues.
 

Village Maintenance Protocol
*Svend circulated the report to the Village board, and it will be read and discussed by the next Village Board meeting. Svend will give the committee and update at next month's meeting.

 
MailChimp training
*Andy to work with Joan to send practice emails.
*We have two templates in place, and Andy has set up a list of web committee members to test e-mails to. Joan will set aside one hour during the evening for that training.
*The plan is to train, then send out a few practice emails, then we can roll it out for the whole list in the near future.

 
2010 Budget
*Rhinebeck's 2010 budget has been approved. The board has allocated $3,000 for the web site
*In order to maximize the funds available, we will not contract with Zivtech on a maintenance plan, instead we will hire them as needed on an hourly basis.

 
Zivtech Update Status
*The Town attorney has the contract for Zivtech and will have comments for Dod next week. Once Tom Traudt signs off on that contract, we can get started with the Drupal update.
