ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 MEETING MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 18, 2009

I.       CALL TO ORDER

           The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

II.      APPROVAL OF MINUTES

          Minutes of 9-2-09 and 11-4-09 were reviewed and approved.      

III.     NEW BUSINESS

          There was no new business scheduled.

IV.     PUBLIC HEARINGS

          There were no public hearings scheduled.

V.      OLD BUSINESS

          Rhinebeck Mews - Case #777 - David announced the Board had     not reached a decision and stated a special meeting would be    scheduled.  Jadeen was asked to notify Pat McLaughlin of meeting date and time.         

          - Mautner Holding, Ltd., - Case #785 - pending

          - Lamprecht, Karl & Susan - Case #783 - pending

VI.     ADJORNMENT

          The Board adjourned to Executive Session at 7:40 p.m.
