ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 16, 2011

PRESENT:   David Baldauf, Jeff Irish, Scott Bergin,

                     Ellen Silverstein, Michael West

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Motioned by Scott, seconded by Ellen, Minutes of 10/19/11 were approved.         

Meeting of 11/2/11 was cancelled. 

NEW BUSINESS

There was no new business scheduled.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC - Case #819 - Public Hearing continuation opened at 7:35 p.m.  There was no new Application submission or public present.  The Public Hearing was closed.  The Board passed, by unanimous vote, Resolution dated November 16, 2011.  Resolution made a part hereof, copies on file with the Town Clerk and in Case File. 

OLD BUSINESS

There was no old business scheduled.

ADJOURNMENT

            The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
