Village Public Hearing on Proposed Rhinebeck Village Place

The Village of Rhinebeck Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a joint public hearing in the Village Municipal Hall, 76 East Market Street, Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 7:30 P.M on the following matter:

Applications for a special permit, site plan, subdivision and area variance for proposed project known as Rhinebeck Village Place, LLC to construct a 36 Unit Residential Condominium Building in the Village of Rhinebeck.

Said hearings are held in accordance with Section 120-44A(5) of the Village Ordinance. (Special Permit)
Said hearings are held in accordance with Section A126-13B of the Code of the Village of Rhinebeck (Subdivision Regulations) and section 7-728 of Village Law.
Said hearings are held in accordance with Section 120-49 of the Village Ordinance. (Area Variance)
